Returns & Exchange Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Items must:

1. Be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

2. Include all original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., dust bags,  authenticity cards, and original box).

3. Have footwear soles in perfect, unmarked condition.

4. Be returned in undamaged original boxes, which cannot be used as the external shipping box.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at pointureae@mjjs-trading.com to initiate your return.

2. Our team will get back to you within 2 working days to confirm the pick-up time and location for your return package.

3. Once we receive the package, we’ll inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions. Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

4. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same item code, subject to availability.

 • If an exchanged item is returned again, you will be responsible for the delivery charges for the second return.

Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 1 year.

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are credited to the original card used for payment. Processing times may vary and can take up to 10 business days.

Unaccepted Returns

Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or not in their original box, will not be accepted.

 We at Pointure.ae reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it for you.
