Orders & Payments

 

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired item, choose the size and color, and click Add to Bag. Once you’re ready, go to checkout and complete your purchase.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept –– (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery, AMEX, Google Pay, Tabby.).

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 3 hours after they’re placed. Please contact our support team at – (pointureae@mjjs-trading.com or WhatsApp us at +971 50 608 9733) as soon as possible.

 



Shipping & Delivery

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to all GCC countries.


Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are usually delivered within 2 business days for local delivery and within 10 business days for international orders.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

 



Returns & Exchanges


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.


Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: You can either request a return or exchange directly from your account, or contact us at pointureae@mjjs-trading.com or WhatsApp us at +971 50 608 9733 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.


Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds are issued as store credit.

  • For online payments, refunds go back to your original payment method.

Q: How do I know which size to choose?

Q: Are your products authentic?

A: Yes! We are an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry.

 

Q: Will you restock sold-out items?

A: Some popular items are restocked based on availability. You can follow us on Instagram and Facebook for restock updates.

 


 

Q: Do you have any physical stores?

A: We’re excited to announce that our first store will be opening soon at Town Centre Jumeirah. Stay tuned for the official opening date!
